How to do this

  1. Stretch both arms in front ofyou, parallel to the ground, and make two fists.
  2. Then rotate your wrists in acircular motion.
  3. Make sure you keep your arms perfectly straight, without moving your elbows.
  4. Within that limited range, try to move your wrists asmuch as possible.
  5. Do seven rotations, then change direction and repeat in the other way.
